Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment. We are hiring a Seasonal Environmental, Health and Safety Intern to support workplace safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to Environmental, Health, and Safety in a real‑world manufacturing environment. You will play an active role in advancing our EHS program by working directly with team members, participating in safety initiatives, and supporting projects that help create a safer, healthier workplace. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

• Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement initiatives
• Support industrial hygiene sampling activities
• Conduct safety and environmental audits and help develop reports with corrective actions
• Assist with job hazard assessments and incident investigations
• Coordinate and support EHS‑related projects and initiatives
• Participate in the company safety committee and department safety talks
• Assist with developing and delivering EHS training for employees
• Help promote safe work practices in compliance with federal, state, local, and company requirements
• Assist with maintaining safety records and documentation
• Support general oversight of Environmental, Health, and Safety activities across the organization

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and changing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Some bending and twisting are required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10–20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads).
