We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for Circle’s payments products. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to bring new global payment products and solutions to market, focusing on the intersection of traditional finance and onchain programmable payments powered by stable coins.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer‑facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
- Drive go‑to‑market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop data‑driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.
- B2B GTM expertise: 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing, or in an equivalent role, where you owned product GTM strategy and execution.
- Domain knowledge: 4+ years of experience across fintech, payments, or financial services with a demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up in new industries and apply insight to product and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Blockchain & fintech understanding: solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including how stable coins, payments infrastructure, or crypto rails work in practice.
- Growth mindset & agility: you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
- Customer‑centric, technical storyteller: you excel at turning complexity into clarity, developing positioning and messaging that resonate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive team player: you work well independently and thrive in collaborative teams, proactively identifying what needs to be done and communicating clearly.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: you build strong cross‑functional relationships to align on priorities, unblock execution, and deliver seamless customer experiences across product, sales, and marketing touchpoints.
- Strategic thinking: you partner with product to shape roadmap priorities by synthesizing market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback within a focused domain.
Base Pay Range: $185,000 – $237,500. Compensation may differ by location.
