As the AR/AP Specialist, you assist in keeping the business accounting running smoothly by supporting the accounting, procurement and leadership teams with invoice tracking and ensuring accounts are paid on time. You are a detail‑loving multitasker who thrives on creating order and collaborating with others to keep our accounts on track. You will help manage fast‑paced AR while responding to many different reporting needs and be able to navigate priorities and requests like a pro.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Software: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, expertise with project management tools and accounting software, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

• Keep the money flowing: You will monitor money coming in (Accounts Receivable) and going out (Accounts Payable) by paying company bills, working with project teams to generate customer invoices, following up on any unpaid items, and ensuring the accounting and procurement teams accurately log bills.
• Maintain Accuracy: You will ensure that accounting is recognized accurately, completely, and in a timely manner through reviewing and entering transactions as they are received.
• Monitor Vendors: You will work alongside the accounts manager to ensure the appropriate set up of vendors in the accounting system as well as track payment due dates, keeping the team up to date on outstanding items.

Compensation within the salary range will be determined by various factors, such as relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization.
