What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee all payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Manage stock administration, including equity programs and capitalization table
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and stock plan regulations while supporting audit requirements
  • Lead optimization efforts for payroll and stock administration systems to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to manage payroll processes and respond to inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in payroll and stock administration management
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and accounting standards
  • Proven analytical skills with effective communication abilities
  • Commitment to accuracy and compliance in payroll processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience implementing automated HRIS, payroll, or stock administration applications
  • Background in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment
  • Understanding of accounting standards related to stock‑based compensation (ASC 718)
  • Experience managing processes in a SOX compliant environment
  • Excellent presentation skills to leadership and employees
