Pacific City, Oregon. Cape Kiwanda is part of the local outdoor playground with activities such as surfing, kayaking, hiking, photography, beach combing, and fishing.

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. You will create memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, delivering personalized service, providing local insight, and helping create the Headlands experience for all who walk through our doors.

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Deliver personalized service and local area insight
• Support reservations and guest requests with a proactive, guest-centric approach
• Collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a calm, organized presence in a dynamic environment
• Utilize hospitality systems and basic computer skills

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Love of hospitality, problem-solving, and creating memorable moments
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfort with technology and hospitality systems
