Adventist Health System - 1000 Third Street - Responsibilities:
Monitors patients on involuntary holds initiated by law enforcement or court order and patients deemed a suicide risk, as determined by the provider.;
Monitors patients who need fall protection, are in a state of confusion and/or agitations and at risk of self-harm e.g., wandering.;
Monitors patients who are deemed at risk of hurting themselves by interference of therapeutic equipment.;
Assist patient with activities of daily living within their scope of practice.;
Monitors any changes in behavior and report the RN or provider.
