• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
  Approx. 1:20 with 2–3 CNAs on the floor
• Charting System:
  Health Land EMR
• Medication System:
  Omni Cell

• Active Oregon RN License (Temp license endorsed)
• BLS (AHA) required
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (LTC experience preferred)

• Call required
• Scrubs (tasteful, good condition)
• General hospital orientation + department‑specific training
• Acuity tool used to determine staffing ratios
