Approx. 1:20 with 2–3 CNAs on the floor - Charting System:

Omni Cell
- Active Oregon RN License (Temp license endorsed)
- BLS (AHA) required
- ADN minimum; BSN preferred
- At least 2 years of nursing experience (LTC experience preferred)
- Call required
- Scrubs (tasteful, good condition)
- General hospital orientation + department‑specific training
- Acuity tool used to determine staffing ratios
