Description:

Home Health Occupational Therapist position available.
The role requires a valid state license.
Shifts are 8 hours on days, and the facility cannot accommodate alternative schedules.
The patient ratios are 1:1, with visits of up to 6 patients per day.
This position accepts first-time travelers.
There is no weekend requirement for this role.
The facility does not require on-call responsibilities.
Locals within a specified radius are accepted at the same rate.
Travelers are expected to have their own transportation.
The facility focuses on grouping clients to minimize drive time.
Occasionally, drives may be up to 60 miles.
COVID vaccinations are required, including a primary series and one booster.

Experience with Oasis documentation is necessary for this position.
Business casual attire is expected, and scrubs are allowed but not required.
Charting is done through a specified remote client system and mobile app.
The facility maintains free parking and offers mileage reimbursement per standard guidelines.
Potential travelers should confirm with management regarding time-off requests and availability.
Travelers are expected to float between different facilities within the state.
Failure to float may lead to termination of the assignment.
Contingent on the role, communication devices may be provided if necessary.
Modules will be assigned and completed annually, with time spent self-reported.
