We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Merrill, Oregon. In this role, you will assess and develop individualized therapy plans to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your expertise in occupational therapy will be essential to patients' recovery and well-being.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to design personalized therapy plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and ability to perform daily activities
• Provide hands‑on therapy and adaptive strategies to enhance patients' independence
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed for optimal results
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery strategies
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon
• In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy practices and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to treat patients with a variety of needs across different age groups
