About the Position
Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00/Hourly.

Summary:

An EEG Technician is responsible for performing electroencephalograms (EEGs) and related neurodiagnostic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing neurological disorders. The technician prepares patients, operates specialized equipment, records brain wave activity, and ensures accurate data collection for interpretation by neurologists.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized EEG studies as ordered by physicians

Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the test, applying electrodes, and ensuring comfort

Operate and maintain EEG equipment and related neurodiagnostic devices

Monitor patients during testing for abnormalities and document observations

Recognize and respond to medical emergencies such as seizures

Requirements
Requirements:

2 - Year experience  Required,

Epic experience Preferred,

BLS Certification,

REEGT(Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist).
