Starting at $18.00–$18.50/hr (based on experience). Full Time & Part Time Positions Available – All Shifts.

- Assist residents with safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with NYS Department of Social Services (NYSDSS) regulations and facility policies.
- Maintain and monitor medication carts, ensuring cleanliness and compliance (including removing expired medications).
- Safeguard and account for all medication keys, pagers, and controlled substances during shifts.
- Receive, document, distribute, and properly store medications from the pharmacy.
- Provide daily personal care assistance with activities such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, walking, and eating.
- Answer call lights promptly and complete unit rounds as scheduled.
- Monitor and record resident weights, reporting changes to staff as required.
- Support residents with laundry, bed‑making, and maintaining clean and orderly living spaces.

Qualifications- PCA certification required;
Med Tech or Medication Technician training preferred. - Previous experience in assisted living, adult care, or long‑term care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication safety procedures.
- Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life.
