Hours:

40 (per contract) Duties:

- Reviewing new admission orders including obtaining clarifications and corrections - Verifying accurate order entry into eMAR - Taking new admissions report - Building new admission care plans - Completing admission documentation not related to direct nursing assessment - Processing new patient orders that arrive from providers on site or via fax - Obtaining orders and documentation necessary for patient discharge - Daily participation in our Transitional Care Unit huddle (discussing progress and discharge barriers for each patient) - Occasional assist to the nurses on the floor with direct patient care duties Hospital Highlights - Type of Facility:
