• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Facility is open to 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or a close variance
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• On Call: Yes

• Acute care hospital with a retail/community pharmacy model
• Pharmacist will work independently with support from:
  • 1 Pharmacy Technician
  • 1 Pharmacy Informatics RN
• Setting is a drug room / retail pharmacy, not a traditional inpatient hospital pharmacy
• Some PIC (Pharmacist-in-Charge) responsibilities are included

• Dispense and verify medications in a retail/acute care setting
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Collaborate with pharmacy tech and informatics RN
• Perform limited PIC-related duties as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (REQUIRED at submission)
• Minimum 2 years Pharmacist experience
• Retail or hospital retail experience preferred (not required)
• 340B contract pharmacy experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable working as the sole on-site pharmacist
