Job Description

• Shift: 8-hour day shifts only (4x10 or 3x12 schedules are not available)

• Patient Ratio: 1:1 care; up to 6 patient visits per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points

• Experience

Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
