Description

We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing essential support during month-end close processes and audit preparation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. If you have expertise in cost accounting and budget management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Prepare and review audit documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Manage manufacturing cost accounting processes, including analysis and reporting.

- Develop and maintain annual budgets, providing insights for decision-making.

- Utilize standard cost accounting methods to evaluate and control production costs.

- Create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to support financial operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial discrepancies and improve processes.

- Support the implementation of effective financial controls and procedures.

- Provide guidance on cost analysis to optimize business performance.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Requirements - Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting and standard cost accounting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced financial analysis.

- Strong knowledge of audit processes and documentation requirements.

- Experience in preparing and managing annual budgets.

- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
