Salary $155,000 - $207,000 per year

This role offers a competitive executive compensation package, including:

• Salary range $160,000–$200,000, plus sign-on bonus

• Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and long-term planning
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial projections
• Provide oversight of a complex operating budget exceeding $30M
• Monitor costs, revenue performance, and reimbursement trends; recommend improvements
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and key metrics to leadership and governance
• Ensure strong internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and insurance programs
• Guide grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities
• Lead, develop, and support finance and billing teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Healthcare Or Highly Regulated Environment Experience Preferred
• Experience managing $25M+ budgets strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards
• Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial data into strategy
