• Monitor and analyze accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets
• Track expenses, inventories, and budget balances, measuring actual performance against budget
• Recognize revenue in Oracle and create monthly invoices in Oracle and WAWF
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Control Accounts (CA), and charge codes based on current project scope
• Initiate and maintain project data in Cobra

• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Experience with Oracle and Cobra preferred
• Background in government contracting
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience

• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analytics tools
• Previous experience in a defense contracting environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting
