Billing Specialist

• Salary up to $65,000 per year

• Generate and process invoices for agency-billed Property & Casualty (P&C) policies
• Validate premium amounts, endorsements, and adjustments before issuing bills
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agency billing inquiries
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and enhance efficiency
• Assist agencies with understanding centralized billing processes and system navigation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance billing, accounting, or related financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in billing/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, centralized environment with multiple stakeholders

• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance strongly preferred
