Project Manager, Fund Finance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fund Finance projects, defining objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring clear ownership and prioritization of deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and external providers to ensure alignment and execution
• Mentor junior team members or analysts involved in project work streams, fostering professional growth

• 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administrator
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects such as fund launches and broker onboardings
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with legal, compliance, and executive leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus

• Experience in fast-paced environments with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness
• Authorization to work in the United States
