Disbursement Analyst

Employer Industry: Financial Services

• Salary up to $55,000

• Process disbursement-related transactions using multiple mainframe systems
• Review incoming documents for completeness and escalate issues as necessary
• Validate Medallion Signature Guarantees and review power of attorney documents for compliance
• Ensure adherence to company financial controls and federal/state compliance requirements
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry or customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the disbursement process
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of accountability and urgency
• Ability to handle a sedentary nature of the job
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
