• Support the company’s Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long‑Range Planning, and Corporate Development activities
• Own the development and continuous refinement of Life
  360's Long‑Range Plan to inform strategic decisions for the executive team and board
• Partner with senior executives to develop investor presentations and materials for quarterly reporting and investor communications
• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and play a role in financing and M&A activities
• Perform financial analysis and modeling for special projects, collaborating across various teams within the organization

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, preferably in Consumer SaaS
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with an ability to communicate effectively
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills are required

• Prior completion of a 2-year investment banking analyst program
• Familiarity with financial planning systems (Causal, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience with SQL and AI tools
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• History of collaboration with different personalities and functions within an organization
