Treasury Specialist, St. Louis

We’re hiring a Treasury Specialist to join our Internal Accounting team in St. Louis. You’ll manage daily cash operations, banking relationships, and forecasting – helping keep the firm’s financial foundation strong. We’re searching for someone who’s detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive; a trusted professional who brings both expertise and collaboration to the table.

Major Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and bank account management across multiple entities.
  • Execute domestic and international fund transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and administer savings trust accounts in compliance with trust documents and policies.
  • Record treasury transactions in the Great Plains general ledger system.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships and stay current on cash management best practices and technology.
  • Identify short‑term investment opportunities while monitoring and mitigating financial risk.
  • Recommend process improvements and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare recurring treasury reports and ad‑hoc analyses to support key financial decisions.
Preferred Experience , Background & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar treasury or accounting role.
  • Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems, Excel, and related technology.
