- 1-2 years of relevant operational experience, preferably in back‑office or startup operations
- Experience with operational tools such as Gusto, Rippling, or
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to effectively translate ambiguity into clear outputs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outputs with minimal revisions
- Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
- Background in a fast‑growing company environment
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with team members
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Systematic thinker with rigorous problem‑solving skills
