Prairie Valley School Division is inviting applications for the position of Principal at Emerald Ridge Elementary School. Emerald Ridge Elementary School offers Kindergarten to Grade 8 programming to an enrolment of approximately 476 students. There is a professional staff compliment of 28.60 FTE teachers including one vice‑principal and 16.42 FTE support staff. Emerald Ridge Elementary School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life‑long learning.

White City is located 25km east of Regina.

• Bachelor of Education and a Professional Teaching certificate.
• Master’s degree in a related field (or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment).
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience as a school‑based administrator is considered an asset.

• Experience in the 4 competency areas of learning leadership, human resource leadership, setting direction, and professional leadership attributes and orientation.

Commencing March 2, 2026 or as mutually agreed.

This position includes 100% administrative duties. Salary and benefits are outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement and Local Collective Bargaining Agreement for teachers. The current administrative allowance is approximately $33,123.
