As part of our Champions program, you will partner with administrators to bring our programs to their district and mentor students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up.

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferredli>
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
