COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
• Up to $300k base (Commensurate with experience)
• $15k Sign on Bonus + Retention Bonus
• $10k Relocation Assistance

• 1 week of CME’s- $2,500 allotted
• Free Housing for 6 months and $750/monthly Housing Stipend followed after.
• Loan Repayment through NHSC

• Up to 18 patients per day
• Community Health Center
• Open to 4/10 schedule
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
• BC
• MD/DO
• 3-5 years of experience preferred but open to new grads.
• Open to Visa Sponsorship
