Position Overview
The Guest Services Communications Team Member are responsible for guest communication using phone, email, and services ticket systems. This role works with the Program team to support the guests’ needs and works directly with Lift Operations to monitor access control. While the primary focus is guest communications, this position may also be asked to assist in front‑line point‑of‑sale operations. This position is not remote and requires you to work at the resort.
This is a full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong guest service and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows‑applications
- Previous guest service experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Experience with RTP or similar POS system
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Mitel, or Confluence
Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $19.40 hourly
