Location: Onsite at KEITH Manufacturing, Madras, OR.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible on days/hours)

KEITH Manufacturing is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer and/or Multimedia Creator to support our in-house Media Department. We are a fully functional creative team that develops print and digital ads, brochures, social media content, video, photography, and more.
This role is ideal for a designer who is both conceptually creative and detail-oriented. You’ll be handling requests such as digital ad creation, updates to existing marketing materials, and contributing to a variety of media projects. While we value independence, you’ll also be part of a close-knit, collaborative team

Responsibilities- Design and produce marketing assets including digital ads, brochures, print ads, and internal materials.
- Work within existing brand style guides and templates.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine creative concepts.
- Manage multiple active projects with shifting priorities.
- Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to campaigns and content.
- Meets agreed upon Company and department goals in a timely manner.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.
- Experience with multimedia tools (video, motion graphics, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Takes initiative and brings new ideas to the table.
- Understands how to balance technical, traditional design with innovative or playful creative.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial brand space.
- PC Computer
- Copier, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Able to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
