If you're the kind of person who thrives in the field, loves solving problems, and enjoys working on meaningful infrastructure projects, this is your chance to make a real impact. proHNS LLC is hiring Construction Inspectors to support FHWA projects across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West.
You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure everything is built to spec, safely, and with quality craftsmanship. Sounds like your kind of job? Let's talk!
What You'll Do
- Inspecting workmanship, materials, labor, and safety compliance
- Keeping detailed logs and records of daily activities and defects
- Reviewing environmental controls and project documentation
- Drafting estimates, contract modifications, and on-site correspondence
- Analyzing schedules and preparing progress reports
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience working with contractors, agencies, and the public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management systems
- Familiarity with MUTCD, AASHTO, ADA standards, and construction specs
- Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on-site
- Valid driver's license
