- Collaborate with sales to identify client needs and craft solution strategies
- Deliver client presentations and discussions, ensuring clear communication of value propositions
- Analyze client data and provide insights to drive performance outcomes
- Partner with client management to ensure successful implementation and long‑term client success
- 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace
- Knowledge of Out‑of‑Network market and experience with Out‑of‑Network claims repricing
- Comprehensive understanding of the No Surprises Act and its implications for payers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
- Public speaking and client presentation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
