What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Out‑of‑Network and No Surprises Act solutions
  • Collaborate with sales to identify client needs and craft solution strategies
  • Deliver client presentations and discussions, ensuring clear communication of value propositions
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to drive performance outcomes
  • Partner with client management to ensure successful implementation and long‑term client success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace
  • Knowledge of Out‑of‑Network market and experience with Out‑of‑Network claims repricing
  • Comprehensive understanding of the No Surprises Act and its implications for payers
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with  or similar CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma
  • Public speaking and client presentation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
