• Coordinate projects focusing on business process improvement and system enhancements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies while facilitating multiple projects
• Serve as a key communication point among IT, business users, and executive stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards and quality control processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business analysis roles
• 5+ years' experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, or similar certification
• Proficiency with PMO tools like MS Project, Power BI, or Jira
• Experience in process mapping using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
• Change management and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority
