- Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building for large institutions, including corporates, asset managers, and hedge funds
- Familiarity with a range of financial services products, including trading, financing, and custody
- Deep expertise in financial services products and relevant industry experience in core financial primitives
