• Organize, plan, and schedule project meetings, workshops, and client visits
• Document meeting notes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items
• Assist in developing and distributing project status reports and other deliverables
• Maintain and track project action items, issues, risks, and documentation
• Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a State HHS Agency within a Project Management Office
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI
• Experience in consulting, particularly with government agencies or Medicaid projects
• Familiarity with quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills
