Administrative Assistant
Admin Assistants play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing, supporting the overall business in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Produce correspondence, reports, meeting notes, lists and other business communications in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
- Support the sales team by assisting with incentive reporting.
- Assist with AP/AR invoice processing, employee expense report review and submission.
- Timekeeping review and temporary labor hours reporting.
- Conduct data compilation, analysis and depiction.
- Maintain administration files and filing system, ensuring all documents are filed neatly and archiving out‑of‑date files.
- Receive and distribute mail to appropriate team members.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times.
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- High attention to detail.
- Lift/carry up to 20lbs, repetitively.
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp.
- Climb stairs.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
Education and Experience
- One (1) year of administrative/receptionist experience.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
