• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and deliver quality data and reporting solutions
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including reporting project status
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to analyze data to determine business problems and opportunities for process improvements
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP)
