• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in SQL and project management

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
