Epic Grand Central Systems Analyst

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software needs
• Analyze and document system requirements and specifications, conducting workflow analysis
• Configure changes within Epic environments to standardize workflows and resolve user issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently while updating stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
