• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic applications
• Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications, documenting workflow analysis
• Provide guidance and support to end‑users to enhance the use of Epic and resolve system issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently, updating stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to establish working relationships
• Excellent customer service skills and critical thinking abilities

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
