Are you seeking something new and to join a great group of folks who share a vision of expanding access to mental health services, reducing stigma around mental illness, and building community with like-minded clinicians? We are building a new therapy clinic in Oregon City and are seeking clinicians who want to be a part of our community of clinicians who share the Ellie core values of compassion, diversity, acceptance, and determination.

We want to meet folks who want to shake things up and bring creativity and authenticity to mental health practice!

This opening is for a Full-time Mental Health Therapist that focuses on working with youth and families.

Ellie was founded by clinicians and works to ensure clinicians are treated well, prioritized and heard. We offer competitive compensation, PTO/sick-time, 13 paid holidays (including your birthday!), paid licensure fees and CEU time, group and individual consultation, flexible schedule, hybrid work, and a full-time caseload of 25 clients a week with paid administrative time. This position also offers a $3000 sign-on bonus!

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health's new locally owned and operated clinic in Oregon City, you'll work towards our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, and acceptance. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more.

Qualifications
  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Candidates are ideally licensed and able to work independently in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience with completing mental health assessments, treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, and clinical case notes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner in accordance with OARS
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Must be able to complete and pass a background check

This is a W2 position and compensation is based on hours billed plus administrative time. Compensation can range from $60,000 - $90,000 plus per year based on licensure, case load, special skills, alternate languages spoken, and reimbursement rates.
