Clinic Director | Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 + $5,000 sign-on bonus

As Clinic Director, you’ll get to:

• Build your dream team → hire, train, and inspire a group of 12–16 amazing therapists.
• Shape the vibe → create a culture where staff feel supported, clients feel cared for, and the clinic thrives.
• Lead with heart & accountability → coach, mentor, and celebrate staff while holding high standards.
• Stay connected to client care → carry a small caseload to keep your skills sharp and your heart in the work.
• Grow the clinic → partner with local leaders, expand community outreach, and help the world know Ellie is here.
• Keep the ship sailing smoothly → oversee performance, budgets, and operations without losing sight of why we’re here: people.

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Independent Oregon license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.). Board-certified supervisor preferred.
• Strong leadership chops with a balance of business skills + people skills.
• A collaborator who thrives in a high-energy, evolving environment.
• Someone who’s organized but also embraces creativity and humor when problem-solving.
