If you are passionate about caring for a vulnerable population of seniors and ensuring they have their proper medications, this opportunity might be for you!

• Provide lead medication assistance and support to residents in a memory care setting.
• Collaborate with nursing and care staff to ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report findings to appropriate team members.
• Support the care team in delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care to help create a homelike environment.

• Full Time

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 lbs routinely
• HCA, CNA or NAR certification strongly preferred
• Prior experience in an assisted living, memory care, or elderly care setting, preferred
