The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Responsibilities- Assist the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).
- Required Qualifications:
- Pharm
D Pharmacy Or - Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
- Upon hire:
Oregon Pharmacist License - 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
- Within 2 years of hire: BPS Board Certified Pharmacist
