Associate or Licensed Therapist (AMFT, APCC, CSWA, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site | Flexible Start Time | Low Caseload

Step into a role where trauma-informed, choice-based care is more than a buzzword—it’s the foundation. This isn’t a recovery or substance use program, and there’s zero tolerance for aggression or hate speech. The focus? Behavioral health and safety, serving adults often navigating suicidal crises and diagnoses like PTSD, MDD, anxiety, and personality disorders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions grounded in personalized recovery plans.
• Complete Bio Psycho Social  Assessments and compile all relevant documentation to shape treatment.
• Participate in treatment team meetings with clinical and medical staff.
• Facilitate family and guardian sessions, maintaining strong relationships with involved parties.
• Provide real-time crisis support and maintain clinical notes that are clear, confidential, and compliant.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges, as needed.
• Be a positive role model, internally and within the broader community.
