Position Details- Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time OT positions available
- Full-Time
Hours:
40 hours/week (flexible options for fewer hours available) - Full-Time Salary: $79,191.67 – $ annually (DOE)
- Part-Time Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE)

- Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21)
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team
- Offer home strategies and caregiver education to support skill development
- Stay on top of documentation—our systems help keep it manageable
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Oregon OT License
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred;
new grads encouraged to apply - Ability to deliver engaging, play-based therapy
- Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and a love for kids
- Comfort working in shared therapy spaces
- Willingness to learn clinic equipment and suspension systems
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- High professional accountability and ethical standards
- Conduct evaluations for clients ages 0–21
- Implement treatment plans with creativity and clinical skill
- Complete timely documentation meeting all insurance and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with care team members
- Provide resources, guidance, and compassionate support to families
