Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
Our client, a leading local banking organization, is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized individual to provide clerical support to their Card Services department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and works well in a team setting. Card services experience is ideal but not required.
Location: Oregon City, OR (On‑site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 3 months (potential extension to 6 months)
Pay Range: $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Handle return mail and produce letters
- Perform filing and general clerical duties
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation
- Assist with mailing and other administrative tasks
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and record‑keeping
- Strong clerical skills (filing, mailing, documentation)
- Proficient with computers and basic office software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on‑site daily at the Oregon City office
- Previous experience in a financial institution or card services is a plus
