What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and participation in sales meetings
  • Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Demonstrated experience in outside B2B sales
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in effectively negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Familiarity with sales force automation tools and managing sales funnels
