Responsibilities- Generate your own leads in a business‑to‑business environment, complemented by referrals.
- Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross‑consulting.
- Represent the company’s values by embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
- Commit fully to our 12‑week program without interruption.
- Prior experience in a quota‑driven, self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.
- Experience with cold‑calling and lead self‑sourcing.
- Experience developing a plan to effectively build a pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.
