This full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role is based in Orangeburg, SC. Responsibilities include providing primary care services, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, developing and managing patient care plans, and promoting health and wellness through preventive care and patient education. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care and may engage in community outreach and health education initiatives.

• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Knowledge and experience in preventive care and public health
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
• Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ACNP, or equivalent)
• Experience in community or rural healthcare settings is preferred
