Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg / Telemetry – CARE TEAM SOLUTIONS LLC
Join CARE TEAM SOLUTIONS LLC as a Travel Registered Nurse in the Med Surg / Telemetry specialty. This position is based in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Position Details- Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina
- Start Date: 01/27/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks (contract) / travel
- Shift: 12 hour overnight
- Hours per Week: 36 (3×12 hour shifts)
- Payment: Gross weekly pay $1634.47; weekly pay $1586.77; plus benefits
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Provide direct patient care in Med Surg / Telemetry units.
- Manage patients' vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Document patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and infection control procedures.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a new environment.
- Weekly pay with tax‑free stipend.
