• Own and support marketing relationships with assigned strategic partners to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns
• Apply a win-win approach to create innovative marketing tactics and strategies
• Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans ensuring successful execution
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing tactics aligned with partnership strategies, including events and campaigns
• Create and communicate partnership performance data and insights to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or partner engagement within a B2B software setting
• Proven track record in campaign execution, project management, and partner relationship management
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct experiments, measure performance, and translate insights into action
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with product design agencies or manufacturing environments
• Expertise in paid social media advertising
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating marketing materials
• Experience managing and marketing at trade shows and conferences, with comfort for occasional travel
